This PR merges changes for migration from Open API generator to fern tool as well as detect service support in Java SDK v2.
Why
v2branch has generated code from Open API generator but we have migrated to fern.v2branch doesn't have detect support but we currently support it.v2branch.Goal
v2branch should have all the latest changes for Java SDK v2.Testing
